Graham Rosenberg

Graham Rosenberg
Chairman & CEO

Graham founded dentalcorp in 2011 and under his leadership, the company has grown to be Canada’s largest and fastest-growing network of dental practices. In May 2021, dentalcorp (TSX: DNTL) became the largest healthcare IPO in Canadian history, raising over $950mm to support its growth strategies.

Graham serves on the Board of Directors of Northview Canadian High Yield Residential Fund and North York General Hospital Foundation. Graham is a CPA and earned his BBA and MBA degrees from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

In 2015, he was elected EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Business Services.

 

Andrew Taub

Andrew is a Managing Partner at L Catterton, the largest and most global consumer-focused private equity firm in the world, where he focuses on the Flagship Buyout Fund. He serves as a director of several L Catterton portfolio companies, including JustFoodForDogs, PatientPoint Health Technologies, and FYidoctors.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. 

 

Rajan Shah

Director

Rajan is a Vice President at L Catterton, the largest and most global consumer-focused private equity firm globally. He focuses on the Flagship Buyout Fund and serves as director of several of their portfolio companies, including FYidoctors. 

Rajan is a CPA, Chartered Business Valuator and holds Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Waterloo. 

 

Jeffrey Rosenthal

Jeff is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Imperial Capital, a unique mid-market private equity firm with a focus on partnership opportunities in U.S. and Canadian Healthcare, Business and Consumer Service industries. He is a board member for several portfolio companies, including Certus Pest Control and Keplr Vision.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Schulich School of Business at York University. 

 

Gino Volpacchio

Director

Gino is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and co-founder of PetVet Care Centers, an American network with a solid commitment to pets and their owners in every community they serve. He is the former CEO of Watch World International and the former CEO and CFO of J. Crew Retail and Benetton U.S.A.

Gino holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pace University. 

 

Sandra Bosela

Sandra is the Global Head of Private Equity, Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Markets Group at OPTrust, one of Canada's largest pension funds, where she oversees the firm’s global private equity portfolio and serves as director of various portfolio companies. Previously, she spent over 12 years at EdgeStone Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm.

Sandra holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, completed the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School and is a two-time recipient of the WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award.

 

Robert Wolf

Robert is a corporate director and financial management professional who served as the CFO of RioCan REIT, one of Canada's largest real estate investment trusts, from its inception in 1994 through 2008. Since 2008, Robert has served as a director for a number of TSX-listed companies.

Robert is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

 

Stacey Mowbray

Stacey is a corporate director and experienced business leader who most recently served as President of WW International (formerly Weight Watchers) from 2014 to 2019; previously, she was CEO and President of Second Cup Limited from 2008 to 2014.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Guy Amini

President

Guy is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and industry stakeholder relations. Guy further leads the company's Operations, Practice Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Brand & Communications and People teams.

Guy has a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic commercial transactions. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

 

Nate Tchaplia

Nate Tchaplia
Chief Financial Officer

Nate is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, acquisition process, financial reporting and business analysis. Nate further leads the company's Real Estate, Procurement and IT teams.

Nate is an experienced financial professional having previously worked for an international advisory and consulting firm specializing in valuations, mergers & acquisitions and capital advisory. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

 

Matthew Miclea

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew is responsible for the company's growth and operations strategy, ensuring that dentalcorp provides industry leading processes, tools, and management techniques that enable best-in-class patient care.

Matthew has extensive experience driving operational excellence in multi-unit retail and services organizations.  He holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and completed his MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

 

Martin Fecko

Martin Frecko
Chief Marketing Officer

Martin is responsible for leading dentalcorp's end-to-end patient journey, providing our network with the resources to build relationships with their local communities and deliver best-in-class patient experiences across every touchpoint.

Martin has extensive experience in brand building, strategic planning, and data-driven marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree specializing in Marketing from York University.

 

Nicola Deall

Nicola Deall
Chief People Officer

Nicola oversees the company’s overall human resources strategy, including the attraction, retention and development of top talent across our Practice and Support Centre teams. She also leads the Human Resources, Talent and Training & Development teams.

Nicola is a proven business leader with experience in high growth and large scale businesses across financial services and media sectors, including organization development, HR consulting, people strategy, talent acquisition, systems implementation and analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

 

Dr Gary Glassman

Dr. Gary Glassman
Chief Dental Officer

Dr. Glassman will help facilitate the company’s continued growth ambitions and champion programs to support the Practice Community in the delivery of optimal patient care.

Dr. Glassman is a world-renowned Endodontist, full-time practicing dentist, global lecturer, and is on staff at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. The author of numerous publications, Dr. Glassman is the Endodontic editor for Oral Health Journal.

He graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry and was awarded the James B. Willmott Scholarship, the Mosby Scholarship and the George Hare Endodontic Scholarship for proficiency in Endodontics. A graduate of the Endodontology Program at Temple University, he received the Louis I. Grossman Study Club Award for academic and clinical proficiency in Endodontics.

Dr. Glassman serves as Faculty Chair of DC Institute, a continuing education provider that supports the growth and development of dental care professionals through elevated learning experiences.
